Improbable is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer: Improbable!

Improbable is a Venture Builder, working with leaders to create businesses in AI transformation, the metaverse and web3. We both create businesses from scratch and invest in existing businesses. Our central services teams work with ventures to help them achieve success, including early stage prototyping and initial product development where this role sits.

Your Mission

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Improbable, you will work with Ventures to help them get to market faster. You will work with their leadership team to design, prototype and launch initial versions of their product. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you collaborate with executives, working all the way from identifying customer problems.

About the Role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to build across the breadth of what Somnia ships, from consumer-facing products to developer technologies to internal platform and tooling. You'll own the full lifecycle, from rapid prototyping to deployment, and use AI tools as a multiplier.

What you'll be doing

• Design and build production-grade products end-to-end (back-end through UI) across consumer apps, developer-facing technologies and internal platform tooling.
• Build high-performance back-ends and services these products depend on.
• Create developer technologies (SDKs, APIs, CLIs, libraries, starter kits).
• Build internal tooling and platform infrastructure; work self-directed; collaborate with DevRel, Marketing and BD.

What we're looking for

• Strong TypeScript across the full stack; some Golang where it fits.
• High-quality, production-ready frontends; strong back-end engineering (APIs, services, data layer).
• Genuine interest in crypto and on-chain products.
• Strong ownership and self-direction; able to prototype fast then harden for reliability.
